Geheimtipp auf der anderen Seite der Sierra Bernia: Das einfach gehaltene Restaurante Bernia, Paella auf Vorbestellung, über dem Kaminfeuer gegrillte Lammkotletts, selbsgejagtes Kaninchen (siehe unten)

hidden on the other side of the Bernia mountain, the no-frills Restaurante Bernia offer a phenomenal Paella (pre-order only), lambchops grilled in the open fireplace and rabbit from the surrounding mountains (see picture below)

escondido en el otro lado de la Sierra de Bernia, el Restaurante Bernia ofrece una paella fenomenal (por encargo), costillas de cordero a la parrilla en la chimenea y el conejo de las montañas circundantes (ver foto abajo)
